LAZY Oats Breakfast but Extremely Healthy

It’s a well-known fact that oats are the perfect start to your healthy day. In my culture oats is not a main breakfast, well actually some people don’t really know what is oats but I need to start to take oats because it’s good for lowering cholesterol and blood pressure. It contains a lot of protein, calcium, fiber and almost no fat and sugar!. My cholesterol is really high, so my doctor warned me to take care of my daily diet before its too late.

I mixed oats with organic chia seeds it also able to reduce cholesterol, suggested by a doctor.

Due to my laziness, so this is one kind of oats recipe that I made mostly every morning. People usually prepare overnight oats so they won’t rushing every morning for breakfast but for me, cold breakfast isn’t my thing.

I use 1/2 of oats, 1 tablespoon of chia seeds and 2 cups of water. Cook it all until it comes to a boil.

once cooked transfer to a bowl

Today My choice of fruits is banana (always my favorite) and red dragon fruit (this one is a bit expensive fruit)

its beautiful already. the combination is superb.does it make you want to eat it?

To add a mild sweetness into my oats I added pure and natural honey.

Then I added almond milk (original and unsweetened). I dont use dairy anymore because its not good for lowering my cholesterol.

and then walla! delicious and extremely healthy. There you have a perfectly nutritious and delicious breakfast. I like it when the milk overflowed. its makes my oats tastier. This breakfast only took 10 minutes.

Let me know what do you think about it.
