DIY Cute & Easy Hijab Pin Holder

When a Muslim women put on their hijab, there is always be pin to support the hijab and it has different types of pins. I, myself have a lot of pins and because they are a tiny little thing, leaving my hijab pins all over the places is something that I need to get rid off. Make my very own pin cushion and keep them all in one handy place is the best decision ever.

So this week I’m going to show you guys how I made my Pin Holder.

The choice of the colors is silver and white because I want to match it with my makeup dresser.

Items needed:

  • Scissors
  • Sponge sheet
  • Polyester
  • Felt fabric
  • Lace fabric
  • Glue Gun
  • Thread
  • Elegant string
  • Needleimg_3018img_3019 img_3023

Place a big round box on the sponge sheet, felt fabric and lace fabric, cut around the box,

All together same size and sew the edges. The example as below.

Once done with the sewing, pull the thread to tied it up together.

Insert the polyester

Finally, stick it on the box using a glue gun.

You can see the ugliness of the glue in between the cushion and the box. To cover it up I use this beautiful string. Stick the string using a glue gun also.

My hijab pins have a new home now!
